What determines that a person is successful in life?
Well it seems that the answer is in our genes.
Certain genes could influence the academic achievement that a person will achieve.
Apparently three genes: DAT1, DRD2 and DRD4, are associated with the behavior of a person, including the motivation, the intelligence, the Attention, the violence and the cognitive habilyties.
This is demonstrated in a new study that analyzed data from 1,674 American adolescents when they were in intermediate or high school. The study ended when most of the respondents were between 24 and 32 years old.
All study participants, including their parents, were interviewed and provided DNA samples.
